As a subcontractor to Bridge Energy Group, our consultant is the technical lead and advisor to National Grid USA Gas Distribution for the upgrade of the GMS SCADA system.

The activities and deliverables of the project include:

• Development & Implementation planning
• Statement of Work negotiation with the GMS vendor
• Monthly Budget Forecasts
• Review of the design documentation from the GMS vendor
• Development of various development & implementation delivery plans
• Technical advisor the IT Program Delivery team
