Mr. Richer has more than 30 years of experience in consulting and providing solutions to the electric power industry focusing mainly in information technologies used to support grid operations such as SCADA/EMS/DMS.

He has developed his expertise in the areas of SCADA systems and in Operation Technology through his past experience working for EMS/DMS vendors and as a consultant to utilities.

He has expertise and experience in assisting clients during the planning stages of their projects by performing assessments, studies, requirements gathering and business analysis, and during the execution stages by elaborating specifications, providing technical advice and performing acceptance testing. His management experience adds breadth to his technical expertise and enables him to provide a variety of business consulting services.
