As a subcontractor to Bridge Energy Group, our consultant facilitated the procurement of a new DMS/OMS for a power and gas utility in the mid-Hudson valley in New York.

The activities and deliverables of the project included:

• Assessment of the client 5-year roadmap for its Smart Grid Initiative
• Requirement gathering workshops
• Development of the Request For Proposals including terms of reference, questionnaires, bidding instructions and forms
• Development of a proposal evaluation process
• Active participation in proposal evaluation
• Development of vendor demonstration agendas and scripts
• Participation in vendor demonstations
