For Hydro-Sherbrooke, our consultant performed a thorough review and validation of the RFP documents that the client had developed for the procurement of a SCADA/DMS in replacement of an aging system.

The objective of the review was to ensure the requirements of RFP documents were in-line with current day technologies and delivery methodologies of vendors, and to avoid ambiguities in the requirements.
